MV525 & MV525APC - Larger than our Marvel #81 series, the MV525 miter cutting production saw allows you to cut rectangles up to 21" x 22.5" or rounds up to 21". The 15 H.P. main motor and planetary gear drive provide plenty of power for the bigger, tougher jobs, while the added beam strength of the 1.5 inch blade combined with rigid carbide guides assure accuracy and consistency.

Optional equipment includes extended frame and canted 3° entry angle.

2125 - The PC60 features 60 degree mitering in both directions and a standard 3 degree canted column for maximum versatility and high production cutting. The time tested Marvel PCII control, with it's user friendly keypad and display offers storage up to 99 jobs as well as built-in self testing and diagnostics features. The Marvel PC60 combines an electric blade drive with sensorless vector control, full stroke hydraulic vising, and a 24" index table with electronic measuring for increased accuracy and minimal cycle times.

2125 - The TouchTech 60 is the first of a new family of machines built on a central design platform. Equipped with the new touch screen Cutting Edge Control, this Windows NT based control allows operators to select from preprogrammed function settings or customize functions to their personal preference. Users can build a parts library database and store the program for cutting each part or family of parts using their own numbering system.

The best in horizontal band saws. The Series 15 is perfect for fast accurate, high production operations. With the programmable control the operator can easily program cut-off length, and number of cuts. The 10 ft. long shuttle table has a 14,000 lb capacity. Optional "M10" feature includes a 1-1/2" wide blade and 10 H.P. motor.
