It is thought that 90% of all parts manufactured can be held in the palm of one’s hand.  The Mini Series of machines are sized for just those needs, yet not so small as to restrict the needed flexibility required for a wide variety of workpieces.  Ideal applications include small shops seeking to upgrade from manual machines, technical schools, toolrooms, dedicated manufacturing or job shops.  Milltronics believes that these products should be manufactured to similar standards as the Premier Series machines with A/C Yaskawa digital servos, C5 grade ball screws, full regen spindle drives, electronic orient and high quality spindles.

The World Series of machines are the mainstay of the industry, created to match the needs of most applications.  These machines will handle larger and heavier workloads than the Mini Series.  A greater number of accessories is available for the machines so they can be perfectly matched to the applications.  The World Series machines extend beyond the typical applications to include high speed milling and special high speed spindles for carbon or high speed machining.  Machines can also be configured with arm style toolchangers, 4th and 5th axis, and riser blocks to fit special needs.

All electrical and mechanical parts have been selected to offer exceptional performance while keeping these machines affordable.

The Premier series machines are well accessorized, high production workhorses. With 70 mm extra heavy duty triplex bearing spindles, high performance Delta/Wye closed loop vector spindle drives, oversized A/C digital servos, oversized ball screws, rigid way construction/linear rail with extra bearing blocks, extra heavy duty ribbed castings and a host of standard features often found as accessories on other brand machines.  While pricing remains extremely competitive, the design and pricing goals focused on how to provide a full featured, high performance product with little add on accessories.  Therefore most accessories suit specific application needs, while the standard configuration offers the exceptional performance that a Premier Series should.
