Your Order
Please assist us by giving our sales people an accurate description
of the items you are ordering. Specify a catalog number, model, or other
information when applicable. All orders should include specific, clear,
definite shipping instructions.
Delays
The company shall have no
liability for all orders that are subject to delays and
failures in performance due to fires, flood, strikes on
the part of the manufacturers, and all other causes out
of our control.
Cancellation of Orders
and Return of Merchandise
Orders may not be cancelled,
nor merchandise returned without clear, concise written
consent of David T. Olson Sales, Inc.. Special orders are
subject to a fifteen (15) percent handling / cancellation
charge. On orders that have been properly filled, we
reserve the right to make a reasonable handling charge
when returned. Merchandise returned because of our error
will be replaced or credited without expense to the
customer. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice
number and date of shipment.
Prices
Prices are printed in this
website, but due to inflation and constantly changing
status we hereby reserve the right to change prices and
discounts, without notice, on any/all orders. In the
event you require current price information, please call
our city desk and they will furnish you with the current
prices you need. If you desire a complete catalog and
price list, please call, fax or e-mail us and these will
be mailed to you. Prices are subject to all federal,
state, or local excise, sales or use taxes.

Inspection of Shipments
All shipments from the
corporation are insured by the carrier. Consequently, our
responsibility for delivery ceases after we have
delivered the merchandise to the carrier in good
condition. Please check all shipments for damage or
shortages and report any claims immediately. We will
render all reasonable assistance in substantiating your
claim with the carrier.
Quotations
All quotations are for
immediate acceptance and are subject to change or
withdrawal without notice. Clerical errors will be
corrected. Prices are subject to the addition of federal,
state, or other taxes imposed by any present or future
law upon the sale of merchandise.
Responsibility for
Merchandise and Warranties
The corporation's policy is
to sell the highest quality of merchandise manufactured
by companies with a reputation for quality and dependable
products. The majority of these companies grant certain
warranties and other terms and conditions that will
benefit our customers. David T. Olson Inc., however,
makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the
quality or merchantability of the merchandise described

or that such goods are adequate for any particular
purpose. Neither does David T. Olson Inc. make any
warranty or representation that the merchandise described
in this catalog and sold by the company/manufacturers
